Giving Back to the Lake County Community
The Lake County wine industry is committed to the community. Each year, members of the industry give back to the community - supporting community events with wine and donations, hosting a variety of events for community organizations, and helping to raise funds through the Lake County Wine Alliance annual Wine Charity Auction.
When the massive Valley Fire hit in September, 2015, the wine industry came together to support each other and the community at large. From helping each other with harvest, volunteering time, giving money, hosting fund raisers-the Lake County wine industry was engaged. Wineries and winegrape growers continue to show their support and caring for the Lake County community with events, fund raisers, and benefits throughout the year.
